Take time to think about the manager you want to be.
Then ask yourself what you need to do to become that person.
"Behavior is often an outward response or manifestation of
identity", according to James Clear (Un rien peut tout changer, Larousse, 2019)
Would you like to provide leadership to your team?
Do you want to be an inspiring leader?
Aspiration imposes a roadmap.
Relying on your natural abilities
and minimize your blind spots.
Of course, wanting is not the same as being able.
"But where there is a will there is a way."
It can involve the support of a professional coach.
It's also a question of alignment, even congruence.
After all, it's strategy that shapes operations.
You can't work efficiently without thinking about work.
You can't mobilize successfully without the awareness of your team.
You can't manage and lead without self-awareness and awareness of what's at stake.
Unless you're on automatic pilot...
