I began my career as a university professor. My teaching methods already emphasized questioning and accompanying students in their to help them shape their own point of view. to discover their own motivation, to reflect on their and formulate their own ideas. I then made a career transition into a role manager and responsible for the mentoring program at Bombardier, now Alstom. There, I cultivated a people-oriented management style, thanks in particular to my ability to listen to people's needs. and creating a positive, caring and supportive work environment. and supportive work environment. A climate that fosters personal development and commitment of each member of my team. In this role, I put in place an empathetic communication strategy, a structured management framework where roles and responsibilities are aligned with individual abilities. This framework has enabled me to inspire each member of my team to excel, while optimizing team performance. The result is a virtuous circle of excellence in retaining committed, high-performance staff. Convinced that this style of accompaniment is at the heart of successful coaching, I decided to combine my relevant experience with Management Coaching training to become a Certified Professional Coach.
