I'm convinced that humanizing the management of teams and organizations is a powerful performance driver.<\/p>

That's why it's important to invest in the development of human capital.<\/p>

When everyone is aware of their unique qualities and knows how to deploy them, everyone wins.<\/p>

When each professional plays his or her part to perfection, managers can more easily harmonize talents to create a melody of success. And, dare we say it, a melody of happiness.

Focus on people to boost performance.
To act as a switch so that the individual can shine brightly, while assuming and managing his or her dark side.
I've made it my life's mission.

I've been a teacher, journalist, manager, executive and professional coach.<\/p>

My concern has always been to accompany, to light the way.<\/p>
